Our Project Management approach allows us to manage small and frequent high quality deliverables while also ensuring the overall development or support program objectives are met. Based on the type of client effort, our Agile Program Management Framework manages each of the phases as part of an overall integrated plan, including project or product  planning, requirements analysis, business requirements and detailed design, coding, testing, software or product release, documentation and post-release maintenance and support services, as appropriate.
